Hey,
I’m Fay Dwyer
I’m a certified yoga therapist who works with the nervous system as the bridge between body, experience, and daily life. I support people navigating anxiety, chronic stress, menopause, and life transitions through practices that are gentle, practical, and grounded. My work is less about fixing and more about helping the nervous system find steadiness, flexibility, and a sense of safety over time. I draw from yoga therapy, nervous system science, and years of close, relational work with clients, always honoring individuality, context, and the wisdom already present in the body.
My couples work is body-based and centered on communication. How you speak to your partner, listen, react, or withdraw is shaped by your nervous system responses, especially under stress. Through guided practices and shared awareness, couples learn to communicate with greater clarity, presence, and connection—building skills that support regulation and relationship resilience.
My yoga journey
My journey with yoga began in my twenties. A move from London to Tokyo when I was six months pregnant with my first child. Being far from home and navigating a major life transition, a friend encouraged me to try prenatal yoga. I soon realized what I needed was more than an exercise class—I needed a way to feel settled and connected. From that first class, I experienced the power of yoga firsthand. That sense of connection and embodied awareness stayed with me, guiding my path into yoga therapy. Today, as a certified yoga therapist, I help individuals and couples regulate their nervous systems, reduce stress and anxiety, and navigate life transitions with practices that are practical, relational, and grounded in the wisdom of the body.
